Setline is a small team of marketers and engineers. We built the system we wished existed when we watched good agents lose listings to slow follow-up.
Mission
Agents deserve real infrastructure.
Real estate is still won on speed and reputation. Most agents run both on a phone, a spreadsheet, and whatever CRM their brokerage handed them.
Meanwhile the industry sells agents recycled portal leads at a monthly premium, then sells the same lead to three competitors down the street.
Setline exists to close the gap between what a serious software company can build and what a working agent can actually use every day. One agent per market. Systems you own.
What we believe
Five things, plainly.
- 01Lead portals are a tax on agents. We're not one.
- 02If we can't triple your investment in 90 days, we don't deserve to keep your money.
- 03You should own everything we build. No leases, no rentals, no hostage situations.
- 04Software doesn't replace the agent. It removes the friction around them.
- 05Great agents deserve infrastructure, not another subscription.
